You can find many examples of such scripts placed under /etc in other packages (acpid, pm-utils, etc). The system administrator must have a possibility to add his own scripts and they must be placed under /etc, not to some random place in the filesystem. *At least* you have to provide a mean to do that for locally created scripts, but it would be better if all powersaved scripts where treated the same. > If you want to create locally modified scripts, feel free to > put them under /etc and symlink them.
