Please do not put words in my mouth. You can find many examples > of such scripts placed under /etc in other packages (acpid, pm-utils, etc). > Wrong on your side, pm-utils ships the script files under /usr/lib/pm-utils/, it provides a means though, to extend/override that that via files in /etc. That is a feature that is debatable and possibly makes sense, but certainly not that the default scripts that are shipped in powersaved will be moved to /etc. That is not going to happen. That would be a new feature, thus severity wishlist. Feel free to submit a patch.
