libsasl2 is already the newest version.

Seems that the SASL has already been installed.

Could it be the problem of ssl-cert-snakeoil.pem and
ssl-cert-snakeoil.key? Should I manually to create them by openssl
(and how?)?

smtpd_tls_cert_file=/etc/ssl/certs/ssl-cert-snakeoil.pem
smtpd_tls_key_file=/etc/ssl/private/ssl-cert-snakeoil.key
