Hello,

It is the point of a foundational document to define guidelines for the
community to adhere to and to have a reasonable framework.

If the people contributing to the project with a vote power deem it
necessary, the Constitution could be amended, but until then either we
abide or there is no point assembling and following a ruleset we set
together.

IoW, even if inconvenient and suboptimal, there will be one candidate
for this year, except if NotA wins (in which case another election will
be started).
