That does sound correct. The only catch I can think of is that mail sent from web messaging would not get copied, as outgoing mail from web messaging will usually bypass Declude JunkMail.I have a customer that is requesting a copy of all mail sent to and from his domain be copied to a single mail box to be archived. My understanding is that if I upgrade to the Pro version (currently use the std version of Declude Virus and JunkMail) and add the CatchAllMails test and the CopyTo action to his domains configuration, this will copy all messages to the archive box and still honor the more important actions such as bounce, hold and delete before they are copied to the archive box. Basically the customer only wants copies of messages that were delivered not one that had viruses, were bounced or deleted. Does this sound correct?
