FWIW, it's the webserver hosting www.declude.com that is (or was) using rackspace.com. So in this case, if you did block all of rackspace.com, you would risk not getting notifications when you order from us (but would get the actual order), and the www.declude.com/tools page wouldn't be able to send you E-mail. So in this case, it wouldn't be a huge loss.Well, I did only say "tempted". I have been pretty heavy handed knocking off /24 blocks however.
