Andrew, In testing, I found sniffer to do a great job of blocking email that has no business needs. It catches over 98% of adult spam. I had to make it a weighted rule here as we are an ISP and people do subscribe to Flogo and other such wastes of bandwidth (and complained loudly when they did not get their daily horoscope!!!). I did recommend it to the local school and hospital, I do not know if they followed up on it. But in my opinion, it is the perfect addition to Declude for any business email server.
