While I can only speak of how I have interacted with them. (I have had a
positive experience.) I have to say that your last sentence is just meant to
slander them through the implication that they aren't legit.

If you look at http://www.trustic.com/about/management you will see they
have a real brain on their management team. Mark Fletcher is a smart guy,
and a legitimate guy. You shouldn't say something like that last sentence to
back up your argument that the service is Beta. It just weakens every point
you put in your emails prior to that.
