Looks like the companies today hire very lazy and un-trained people just to pay small salary. Real experts are hard to find (and expensive). Yesterday a guy from Deutch Telecom promotional line called me to convince me to buy Internet from Deutch Telecom. When he asked me who is my current ISP I told him AOL and he asked me, who is AOL !!!!
