I was in love with Netscape browser.
It was very robust and the most secure browser ever.
It had pipeline, an email client, a HTML editor, messenger, smart download
manager, MULTI TAB (I
always open the web sites in a single Netscape window using multiples tabs).
There is no
script/web site that can affect/take over your computer through Netscape.

But in 2003 it died (because of MS IE of course) and AOL took over it.
Now they (AOL) made Netscape 8 which sucks big time. Basically is a new
software. It has nothing
in common with the old Netscape excepting the name. Anyway it is now in very
early beta stage
(even if they say it isn't) and it is very unstable.
Also since the 8.0.0 version they released several 'minor' updates due to
security reasons. Look
like Netscape it isn't so safe like before.
