I don't think Sean meant it as a racist remark, but there are plenty
of examples I can give where when dealing with an overseas tech support
person I received a lot less help than I should have.  Of course the same
happens here almost as often.  People are just getting lazy!  I'll never
forget when I took a job with blue Cross and Blue shield back in 82 in
Ventura Ca.  The person I replaced managing the local claims office there
was fired when they found that he had been putting his more difficult cases
in the back of the lower drawer of his desk simply because he was too lazy
to try and solve the problem!  And last year one of the small businesses I
did some programming work for had the same problem with one of their girls.
