I have a programme that I only want to run one instance of at any one
time on a specific machine. Short of putting a message in the
registry (which is a problem if the instance crashes - which it
could), how do I get an instance at startup to determine if another
instance is running (& yes, it could be running from a separate
directory but i have no pity on someone if they change its name as
well!)
