The only thing I see from Rick on this issue is an email response to a comment I made in Jira.
See: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/db-derby-dev/200508.mbox/threads.html [jira] Commented: (DERBY-289) Enable code sharing between Derby client and engine The two comments that he made to Jira directly, dated 17/Aug don't seem to be there. My wild theory is that some difference in casing between his derby-dev subscription and his email in Jira cause his mails to not get routed directly to the list. My perhaps more plausible theory is that I am just blind. Kathey
