Ticket creation/deletion will not be available in 0.6, but will most
likely be a P1 for Preview? So looking at users who will use the OSAF
bundle for *Preview*, there is no strong reason to have this feature
of allowing a user to set the Account Browser as their default
starting point at all? Is that correct?
