Currently in the Settings dialog, there is an 'Advanced' tab which will either display the following:

[ ] Provide access to my account browser. -->check the checkbox and the 'Account Browser' link will display with the rest of the links on the top right hand of the application.

*OR*

Account Browser - Click on this link to access your Account Browser. (It will pop up a new window.) --> Pops up a new tab/window in the user's browser.

At this point, which ever is easiest to implement which is probably link plus instructions on what this link is for. The tab for the 'Advanced' area seems a bit overkill, but perhaps in future it will grow. Mimi any thoughts at this point?

correct. and that being true, do we still need the "provide access to
my account browser" checkbox (and whatever the associated checkbox is)
in the settings dialog? or can we just go back to a link?
