1. Well since SDL is focused on games, I'll submit an RFE for it. (I do understand Solaris isn't for gaming, but it is nice to have a few rounds of Quake every now and then. And also with Indiana, I assume Sun is trying to capture the Linux crowd, which unfortunately includes some gamers). 2. Will do, having UFRaw will complete the graphically editing tool chain for people with DSLRs. 3. and 6. I knew about all the legal issues surrounding mp3/mpeg inclusion, etc, but didn't know how in depth it was in regards to other gstreamer plugins. 4. I'm sure I've already seen one submitted, but can't find it? 5. What I mean is that the kernel is 64bit, /usr/lib is all 64bit, /usr/bin is all 64bit, etc. with 32bit stuff in /usr/bin/32, /usr/lib/32, etc. 7. I guess I'll just have to keep using the alternate installer for the time being. 8. I'm Sun have other priorities than trying to crack the SMB market, but it's a nice pipe-dream none the less. As I said, I haven't had too many issues with SXDE, all the problems I've manage to solve by looking on the net or reading Sun's docs. This message posted from opensolaris.org
