Yes, on my Dell Precision T7400. Also equipped with a Quadro FX. Oddly enough, though, the maximizing across both screens has stopped. When I first booted b111, it was maximizing across both, but has since stopped. I'm not sure what I tweaked to stop that... I was fighting an odd problem where keyboard input was ignored at the login screen (with Xinerama turned on...) The login window and screensaver login both still appear across both screens, though. And if I try to "fullscreen" a Youtube video, it'll completely cover one screen, and not be visible (or hidden behind the browser) on the other.
