You are right and if you know from the mail thread on the project 
submission, it was also based on HAL. I am fine with two similar 
projects, but there should not be a duplication of efforts. I pointed 
out the concern, as initially the team was fine with my project request 
on Device Manager, but all of a sudden some new ideas of having similar 
efforts arose. My concerns are not to stop, but to make sure there 
should be a duplication of the same efforts.
