It would certainly be awesome if Firefox 3 had a "Use system font  
settings" option, just as it has a "Use system proxy settings" option.

I think you'd need to lobby the Firefox community for that, though--  
I'd guess that doing it ourselves would mean the sort of source code  
changes that meant we weren't allowed to call what we shipped  
"Firefox" any more...
