I'm sorry I have to ask about .spec files and procedure how to build stuffs.
Could anyone tell me for what kind of software are there .spec files(1), how to use them to install what I would like(2), and why it is distributed via .spec files when we have IPS for that(3)? I know that these are simple questions but there are some of us who are not tracking each tread each day :).
