A chm reader is part of VirtualBox for Solaris.

/opt/VirtualBox/amd64/kchmviewer

(for 64bit CPUs)

I'm not sure if it works for all chm files. I tried it only with one chm
file --- and the reader could not display that file. I could read the
chm file fine on a Windows Box
