I've opened https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1230736
PR is at https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/B2G/pull/495

The initial PR is a heavy purge of all ICS based devices and the abandoned
JB and KK devices (flo vixen flatfish dolphin).

However according to Alex we would probably like to bring back a couple of
these. If any of the devices with an active community AND can build on
master then I see no reason why we can't keep them in the main config, and
I'll amend the PR accordingly.

I also sorted the list according to AOSP base:
https://github.com/AdFad666/B2G/blob/1230736/config.sh#L127

This is a big change to an important file, who should do review?
