Inari already had an issue with partition size. last working versions that I know of is 1.2 We stopped using them in favor of the reference device and because the devices are based on ics chocolate. There's no graphic driver support past that that I know of since they are on old chipsets. The whole point of the reference device was to narrow down our support. > > keon > we never supported this; the vendor that supports this is geeksphone. > > peak Same as the keon. They are running an old graphics chip that Qualcomm is no longer updating which doesn't run well on our code that is based on kk and above. It started having issues on 1.5/2.0 w/ graphic issues. > > hamachi > Same comment as per the Galaxy Nexus. Hamachi also had issues with graphics on 1.5/2.0 code. There's no recent support for the graphics chipset to support them past 2.0 > helix > had graphic issues on 1.2 and never officially made it past 1.2 Leo (which wasn't mentioned also has issues with 1.2 with touch screen) > > tarako: > our lowest end phone, I doubt upgrading to 2.5 would work, it was a struggle to get going on 1.3 as per the release due to memory allocation issues. System partition size would also be an issue. 1.3t was made to specifically fit and try to run on the device. > > dolphin > our 1.4 device. I think 1.4s was made for dophin. I think system partition size would limit the running of 2.5 on this device. > pandaboard Not sure the status of this. it's a dev board not a full fledge device. > flatfish > > This uses JB 4.2. I build it from time to time and it should work. > Flat fish is a community driven device : https://wiki.mozilla.org/FirefoxOS/TCP The program is near dead because lack of support from the vendor. Anyone is more than welcome to try to support the older devices, having said that, there were plenty of reasons we dropped support for them; one of which is graphics drivers. The other is partition size. The third is memory allocations. Currently, QA are not going to support them. The devices we are trying to support are the reference phones Flame and Aries. We will take a look at nexus 4 and 5 bugs as well. We do not have the bandwidth to chase down old device (driver) issues.
