That is a very interesting plot. My first assumption was that this was
buggy device (for other suspicious plots, see Manila [1]) but most of
the Polish measurements are indeed on roads.
So maybe someone's device was having trouble uploading measurements? The
stumbler's error handling of network problems has greatly improved over
the past six months. <:)
