Is the upload application associated to the user information in this context?
If so then it would be nice if we could change that and save such informations 
to distinct false informations from correct ones if there is a major bug in 
just one tool.

This shouldn't cause any privacy concerns and we will be able to differ between 
uploaded measurements from other projects as well -> interesting regarding the 
accuracy of the data. (one project maybe offers less accurate data -> we can 
tell the positioning algorithm that it is less valuable if there is mozstumbler 
positioning data available, too->each project would get an accuracy factor) 
I'm not sure if this idea is useful though.
