Only the version of XML-Parser-2.27 we can view Japanese character. We can not view Japanese character with the version of 2.28, 2.29 or 2.30 with Perl 5.6.1 and ActivePerl5.6.1. We can view Japanese character both version 2.29 and 2.30 with Perl 5.7.1. But it is login error occur by Perl 5.7.1. One of our summary / solution for Japanese characters for v2.33 (1) Use the version XML-Parser-2.27 (2) Save all of *.cgi and *.html files as utf-8 (3) Insert the below tag in *.html files <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> Now, we can reach to view Japanese characters with v2.33. But we still can not register Japanese domain name using by reg_system.cgi. The failure massage is appeared at final step page as "Domain: 簿記.com Registration attempt failed: Registration not allowed under this encoding type." Of course we are using UTF-8 and tried to test SJIS, JIS and EUC mode also. Please fix it.
