On Windows NT, launch PPM and issue the following command:
PPM>install Storable [ENTER]
This will pull the module down from ActiveState and install
it in one fell swoop.

Ok, the manage thing has been fixed (by adding %RACESETTINGS to "use vars
qw" in OpenSRS.conf), but Storage.pm is a third party module that has to be
installed. We have to update our documents, this just slipped through our
process cracks.
