Ahh.  Now we're onto something.  I haven't done anything with
the SF version in a few releases, so I wasn't aware that it
now requires V2.30 of XML Parser.  If that's truly the case,
then I'll look into downloading it from CPAN and getting a
PPD out on my site.

BUT...protocol not supported when connecting to the test
server may actually be something different. You may want
to verify that your config files are set to go against
port 55000 and not the older 51000.  I think that could
cause the error.

Yeah...It is...but the SF version says it requires version 2.30.  I have
tried installing that and the verify_install still complains...i think I
messed up the installation of this but the side effect is that it says
"protocol not supported" when connecting to the test server.
