Hmmm. I just had a .info transfer fail as "denied by losing registrar"
even though the registrant knew, and correctly entered, the transfer
AuthCode. The domain is not expired or locked at the .info registry, so
as far as I understand it, this should be pretty much impossible.
When I check the losing registrar, guess who it is? SRSPlus, a VeriSign
company.
