Which practical implications do you refer to? Eddy wrote: "Currently the facts show that StartCom's revocation numbers are not lower, in fact a bit above average. " So, if this turns out to be true in the long run, then the implication is clearly that all CAs should charge for revocation to drive up their revocation stats, right?
