Hi Juan, Eya, AGE PPMC, The confusion is that Andrew submitted the ICLA on October 5, which is before the vote occurred.
Then Andrew was invited before the vote occurred. So Secretary had no knowledge of the vote at that time. One of the mentors can request the account now.
