I try to find out now, if there is a way to update the wiki page. I had a look into the OOo code and found inside the filter/source/pdf folder the file pdfexport.cxx. I wonder, if I can find the options of the PDF export inside this file. There is a section at the beginning with the description of different options, if I don't misinterpret something.
