I have completed this task. Ryan offered to get it building again, but I took a whack at it (whack me if I got it wrong.) I've taken a slightly different approach. While the sources are all moved to top-level directories, with their tags cut out, I am not purging the old copies instantly. I will wait 12 hours for everyone to get their working changes out of there, so that I don't disrupt anyone innocently typing cvs update. Be warned, if you are green to this, that our removing the files tommorow morning from the apr-util/src tree will cause your local copies to go *poof*, your own changes and all. Please, treat the src/ tree as orphaned, effective now. Bill
