Also, you keep going over how with the JCA you get to keep your own copyright. I wish you would accept the fact that people really do understand that, it's not that difficult a concept. And that they might still not like it.

If I share my copyright with you, that allows you to do anything you want with my work. Maybe I don't want that. Maybe I only want you to use my work under certain conditions (give me credit, share-alike, buy me a pi�a colada, whatever). I'm bewildered that you say "you get to keep the copyright over your own work" as if it were a great concession from Sun.

I only speak for myself here, but I find this attitude is more off-putting than anything else. I don't mean this badly, but you may want to re-think how you try to sell the JCA.
