<just my personal view> I vaguely recall we had this disussion a year ago ... My preference (but that's just me as a marketeer), is to use the "usefulness for the user" as the driving criterium. Said more harshly: the list is _not_ a marketing reward in kind for the developers; the list is a support instrument for the users of relevant suppliers of OO.o related service. Even if they did not contribute a single byte of code or translation, but they deliver good service (gratis of for money), they could be liste.
