@neykov , @ahgittin a few of us tested a number of times and I reviewed it
with @splatch yesterday.
The build failure does not make much sense, as the features project is
built right before, in the Jenkin's log. Do you get the same error or another?
Btw, I also tested myself with a completely clean .m2 repository. That says, we
obviously need to identify and fix the issue.
