I think it is a good time to start the discussion for 1.39.0. >From the existing tickets tagged for 1.39.0 [1], I don't see release blockers. Are there any other must have items that we want to include in the release? There is a parallel thread about an Avatica release so I guess one of the main questions is how we should proceed in terms of timing. Do we want to focus on Avatica first or advance both in parallel?
