This metric:
1- gets one dataset
2- reshapes dataset to (nYear, nMonth, nLat, nLon)
3- calculate annual cycle in terms of monthly means at every grid point.
Questions:
1- Should any metric modify any dataset (like reshaping dataset) ?
2- Should this metric return both mean array as well as reshaped array?
