Probably we need a wiki for that.

Hugo, I remember you got some documents on ovs setup for CentOS? I think we
should merge them and setup a wiki page.

BTW, I cannot figure out a way to automatically configure OVS on Ubuntu
when booting up. it seems /etc/network/interfaces file doesn't know about
OVS.
