Do you know if it is a problem that value ends up null (in a constructor for Agent)? String value = _shell.getPersistentProperty(getResourceName(), "id"); In that same constructor, this line never finishes: if (!_resource.configure(getResourceName(), params)) { I need to dig into the configure method to see what's going on there.
