Plus one to using github. I found using review board for uploading .patch
files to be a horrible experience.

The fork and pull request nature of github in my view compliments git and a
neat work flow. Not to mention they supply a lovely UI around doing it.

Another key point is that once a travis yaml file is present github will
automatically run the CI and display the status clearly on the pull request.

Its important to note 4.5 will not run on TravisCI unless some change is
made on cloudstacks dependency of the machine having a mac address.
