I have another suggestion for a Commons talk. If many Apache committers attend the talk I think it might be interesting to explain/remind how Commons is a central playground to share common code between various Apache projets. I guess many devs at Apache have forgotten or are unaware of this. I'm pretty sure interesting chunks of code are waiting to be shared but the devs haven't realized it yet.
