Hi Aizhamal The rules are that a maximum of 2 technical writers will be allocated per organisation - and we are asking for the maximum. This is a Google constraint not ours. And even though we have asked for 2, if accepted there is also the possibility that we get allocated only 1.
My thought is that unlike GSoC where there are lots of students wanting to apply and participate, there is only a limited number of technical writers available so to ensure accepted organisations get at least one writer - it is being limited.
