Very much agreed. It has even become complex and very random for non EU nationals with full eu residency/working permits. With seemingly identical situations or same person second entry yielding different hurdles. Easy to reach and not as expensive as Paris or Amsterdam. Especially when parliament is in session in Straatsburg and the city is empty.
