I'm thinking of the preference route for IAP, for iOS - once we get the WKWebView support going, having a separate plugin for that seems too much trouble (and duplicating code). Maybe a pref like <preference name="WebEngine" value="default" /> where value can be WKWebView, Crosswalk etc
