AUIU the patch includes the source within the LICENSE. The source element was
introduced to support licenses which require a download URL to be supplied,
which is why it's in the NOTICE. I'm not sure that it belongs in the LICENSE,
but perhaps it does no harm being there though some projects prefer very clean
LICENSE documents.
