I'm perfectly fine with adding ASF 2.0 to exclude list :))
But I would like to add some clarifications according to what is going on now
:)))
ASF 2.0 license at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt being
detected by {{rat-plugin}} because it has *{{APPENDIX:}}* ;)
ASF license located in OpenMeetings sources doesn't have the APPENDIX :)))

So, I would say, the license itself is not being recognized :)))
