It's not that long, and makese it more clear for people not famiilar with the Daffodil code base and the "UDF" acronym we made up. It might also be helpful to provide some documentation on this class. I think the purpose is to load UDF's, looks like there's caching involved? And I believe this was written in Java and not Scala because there were issues with the reflection stuff?
