First: I remembered that I didn't report any issue on that, just talked about it on the api mailing list, and I was too tired yesterday to submit issues :-( (you know it's not easy) [now issue 83313]
Second: I can only add a comment to issue 81048, I do not have privileges to add in "Issue 81048 depends on:".
Any way, I added my comment (with a little more dramatic "completely useless").
And thanks for the hint: to have privileges one only has to send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "Subject" "Volunteer privileges - <my_OOo_user_name>" asking for them (with some explanation on the mail body).
Maybe tomorrow they grant me the privileges.
