I see descriptions including the e-mail address at the end of

End users encounter a problem and then seem to try to find
contact/support information within the page all_rc.html and find
an e-mail address of this mailing list.
Even though, that clearly says it is for problem regarding the website,
not a product. However, the page currently does not have any other
useful information.
Additionally, that does not mention about the necessity of subscription
to the mailing list. So every post from users who referred to the
web page becomes to be moderated.
Is this situation intended?
What shall we do in order to not to receive emails regarding
installation, registration, usage, etc. of OpenOffice.org here?

Tora

Would we see if he/she really needs an answer from THIS mailing list
by leaving this untouched for a while?
By the way, this kind of somewhat improper posts can be observed
these days. Does anyone have some ideas about why end users come
to know the e-mail address of this mailing list?
Regards,
Tora

I downloaded Open Office and ater trying to register, I never
received an email with a password.
Nor was there any message in my Spam folder.
